One Health brings together specialists
across rheumatology, dermatology, immunology, endocrinology, wound care, vascular, orthopedic, podiatry, and more, all working from the same simple belief: Care should be personal, not overwhelming and not full of red tape. As a nonprofit, we’re built to put patients first, not profits.
That belief shows up in how we practice.
Many of our specialties are organized into Centers of Excellence, coordinated care teams that connect your specialist with labs, pharmacy, and ongoing support, so nothing falls through the cracks between visits. You still see doctors you trust. You'll also have a Lead Physician, Nurse Navigator, and Medication Specialist working alongside them to keep your care on track, answer questions quickly, and adjust your treatment when you need it, not months later.
We're growing quickly, adding new specialties and locations because we believe good care shouldn't be hard to find. Wherever you are in your care journey, our goal is the same :
